All items sold on thegplmart.com are digital downloadable products (themes, plugins, templates, etc.). Once downloaded, these files cannot be returned like physical goods.

We offer a 7‑day limited refund policy under specific conditions.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The downloaded file is corrupted or not working, AND

• We are unable to provide a working replacement file within 48 hours after you report the issue.

• In case of any installation errors, our team will request temporary access to your WordPress backend to attempt to resolve the issue. If we are unable to fix the problem, a refund will be issued.

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Wrong product purchased by the user

• Product not matching expectations

• Compatibility issues with your hosting/server setup

• Lack of knowledge on how to use WordPress themes/plugins

• Missing original developer support or license key (as clearly mentioned)

• Product updates not available due to third‑party source delays

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Replacement Policy

Before issuing a refund, we will:

5. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

• Processing time may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

6.Final Notes

Since we provide digital products, all sales are final. There’s no trial or grace period. However, if we’re unable to resolve your issue and the product is completely unusable, we’ll process a refund on the same day. Depending on your payment method and bank location, it may take 3-7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.
